We do not perform electrical work, install equipment, operate power systems, or sell or supply energy. Where physical work is recommended, we assist you in selecting and coordinating with appropriately licensed third-party contractors. Any such work is performed solely under a direct contract between you and that contractor, and we act in an advisory and coordination capacity only.
All recommendations, estimates, and projections are based on information available at the time of the engagement, including utility data, site conditions, market rates, and applicable regulations. Savings estimates are projections, not guarantees. Actual results may vary based on usage patterns, rate changes, weather, technology costs, and code or regulatory changes. We make no representation that any projected savings will be realized.
All engagements are confirmed in writing (a scope of work or engagement letter). Fees are as stated in the applicable scope; changes to scope may be billed separately. Invoices are due on the terms stated in the invoice. We may suspend work or terminate an engagement for non-payment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, reasonable access where agreed, and timely decisions. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or provided late by you or your representatives.
